Entry Fee: $75 per player ($150 per team), entry fee includes 1 mulligan, hole in one chance and 1 hour SIM rental practice (only available to use 1 week prior to tournament, call to schedule)

Multiple time slots available over multiple days, see dates & tee times below. (2-man scramble will take approximately 2 to 3 hours to play entire course, if there are two 2-man teams per suite)

Golf course will be TPC Scottsdale located in Scottsdale, AZ. All players will shoot from the black tees.
